Edit details leaves out playback rate

I remember this being in vegas 4.0 cause I used it. Is there a way t o get it back somehow?

Hmm, I know that I used this feature somewhere, somehow. I saw the playback rate somewhere n a list and was able to change the portions that had not slomo'd. Hmmm. (it's a wedding montage)
