Editing a Basket tournament

I'm back from a week spent taping the first basket tournament where my daughter took part.

I now have 78GB of 1080 50p videos for 8 matches and I'm looking for some ideas on how to organize everything.

I'm also looking at free basket-related transitions to introduce rallenty/replays.

The coach will also use some video segments to show players their errors and probably she would need to "draw" on a frozen frame... is Vegas good for this or is there a more specialized software ?

Thanks
Francesco

If you burn each game on a separate DVD your coach can pause on the part of the game and use a laser pointer to show the team what he wants them to see.

Videoblocks has lots of sports loops. You can get unlimited downloads for one year for $99. Here's the link:
http://www.videoblocks.com/

Hudl is the best online software setup for sports, but it's fairly costly. Link:

Good luck!

It's not free but the Basketball theme kit from Digital Juice is only $50 (reg. $100) and has a lot of useful animations, etc.
