Editing projects started on 5.0a on a 5.0b version of Vegas5

I started a project on my laptop which has yet to upgrade to Vegas 5.0b. I want to open the project, which was saved on an external drive, on my desktop which has been upgraded to b. Will there be any foreen problems?

Other than the fact that you should see fewer bugs, all should be exactly the same. Be warned however that when you save your project under 5.0b it may not open again under 5.0a, so you'll want to upgrade your laptop too.

In general, project files from older versions can always be opened in newer versions, but once saved in a newer version they may not open in older versions anymore. Make backups of the files from the old versions first!!!!!!!!
