Educational Version?

I bought the academically priced version of VV4 and I have recently stumbled across "FULL NOT ACADEMIC" versions on E-bay.

I am a teacher and I am on a limited budget, so I thought this was the best way to go.

Does the academic version have less features? Am I missing something here?

AFAIK the educational version and the 'regular' version are identical. As a matter of fact, unless SoFo changed their policy since version 4.0 came out, it has the identical licensing as the regular version.
If any of this has changed since SONY took over, I don't know.
