Elgato and Movie Studio Platinum 12

I've been using and Elgato Game Capture HD to capture footage to be edited later in Movie Studio Platinum 12. The problem is that the MP4 files Elgato saves the footage as won't load in MSP. Does anyone know what codecs I might need for it?

Download MediaInfo and post the text display result of your captured video. It will show the codec used by Elgato.
