Enabling and downloading Deep Learning module

I bought Vegas Pro 22 recently. I am trying to use some of the AI fx effects. However I get the message to download the Deep Learning Module. However, when I try to do this I get the attached file error message. I have the stand alone purchase but seem to remember AI was only available on a monthly subscription? DLM does not appear in my Products listing. Am I correct in this and, if so, is there any way of subscribing for the AI fx products additionally?

You don't need the subscription to use the AI fx products.

I thought that when I installed VP22, that the AI was also listed to install.
