You may be better off just dropping in a Photoshop file set to transparent.

Billy makes a good point too.

Chromakeying out the color is one way of doing it - but there is still some tweaking involved and it could turn out to be more "problems" than it is worth if it it just a still that you can make the background transparent in an application like Photoshop.

(Personally, for something like that I use Microsoft's Photo Editor.....but that's pretty much a software thing).
