Erm.. where's my mp3 encoder?

I just reinstalled Vegas 3.0 b76... And I can't do ANYTHING to do with MP3s.. I can't even see the option to render to MP3... What's going on?

And yes, of course, I'm a legitimate user, as of one year ago when Best Buy had a fabulous price. lol
