Processor:
- AMD Ryzen l7 1700 8-Core

- 32 GB
Sound Card:
- NVidia High Definition
Graphics Card:

What is the format and resolution of the video you are adding to your BluRay project?

What are the project properties you've selected in your BluRay project?

If you select Prepare only rather than Prepare/Burn, does DVDA successfully create the ISO file? Also, is the size of your project within DVDA requirements? If the bottom RH corner color code shows red or in some cases yellow, it may not. If it fails to burn during the burn stage, perhaps the disc is corrupt. Try another disc. I always test with a BD-RW or DVD/+or-RW disc before doing the final burn to a R once disc.

Steve - my project properties are: Format-AVC, Aspect-16x9, Res - 1920*1080. My video files are: Format-AVC, Res-1920*1080, Aspect-16x9. Thanks for your reply/help.

Dexcon-I have only selected "Prepare" phase and it crashes before the ISO file is prepared. My project size is 22.9 GB (with 25 GB Blu-Ray disk setting). Thanks for your advice/reply/help

That video format should work, though whether or not it's the best format depends on the project settings for your BluRay project. What are the project properties you've selected in your BluRay project?

What editing software are you creating your disc-ready files from?

Also, is your audio included in your AVC video or is it a separate file? And what are the specs of the audio you're importing into DVD Architect?

What editing software did you use to create this video stream? I've never seen an AVC file with a .264 suffix.

Dan-McInnis wrote on 12/24/2021, 8:50 AM

Steve - I found a 10 year old comments on Creative cow user group site and many cited issues with the "menu" screen (which I had) for my error message issue. So I removed the menu screen in my project and it worked. I am able to deliver Blu-Ray disk as Xmas gift. Many thanks for your help.
