error 14

my sound forge will not activate. error 14. i keep paying for Vegas 365 but cannot use sound forge. i had a thread on here it seems to have vanished. please help. i am a musician and i use sound forge pre-Vegas. thanks so much

While this is the wrong forum for Sound Forge, I can tell you that error 14 indicates that you are using a serial number for a different product. Are you trying to use your VEGAS Pro serial number instead of the Sound Forge serial number?

Hi @carey-kinker, confirm you are using the email address you used when the Vegas and/or Sound Forge was purchased. Your Sound Forge activation serial and your email address are paired.
