i am trying to get a response on the "unlocking" of my account as i have reformatted the computer and using Vegas 9. Previously i used a "live chat" assistance when reformatting the machine loaded with Vegas 8. Can anyone assist please
Error "-41" appears to indicate that you've used up your allowed activations. You'll have to contact customer support and explain why you're installing it again. They should clear it for you and allow more activations.
