Bought the perpetual license to Vegas Pro 22. I installed everything. I have all the serial numbers, but I still cannot use/activate it.
What step am I missing?
Are you using the same e-mail address you used to purchase it?

@NinjaBuddyYIn Also try copying and pasting the serial number from the email you received rather than typing it.
I tried this already. Doesn't work sadly
one thing that has caught some people out is that by mistake when buying Vegas they has a space just before the e-mail address. So the email address looks the same except for the unintended space. Maybe check this.
