Error de aceleración de GPU 3060

I'm editing on a laptop with an NVIDIA RTX 3060 video card and when editing videos vertically I get this error, I have all the drivers updated and I don't know what else to do, help now restart my computer, reinstall the program and the same thing keeps happening to me. 
It happens when I want to re-edit a video from 16:9 to 9:16

What version of VEGAS is this? Are you using the current NVIDIA Studio driver?

I'm using version 21.0 and I think I'm using the current nvidia drivers, I updated them a while ago, but my problem continued

Can you share a screenshot of help/driver update from VEGAS to confirm what version it is?

You can also download the current studio driver through VEGAS, use the NVIDIA cleanup tool to delete all drivers and start again: https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/cleanup-tool

También puede descargar el controlador de estudio actual a través de VEGAS, usar la herramienta de limpieza de NVIDIA para eliminar todos los controladores y comenzar de nuevo: https://developer.nvidia.com/downloads/cleanup-tool

I just reset the program and reinstalled the drivers and it keeps giving me the same error when making vertical videos

I already downloaded and installed the driver and nothing, there is no change at all, I did that from the beginning before coming to the forum

I am not just interested in the driver version, I also wanted to see that VEGAS was able to find it and that there are no other GPUs installed on this system.

As a workaround, goes turning off the GPU in preferences/ video help? Set GPU acceleration of video processing to off.

If it does work there's a bug and I'd file a support request by going back up to the top here and clicking on "support."

No solo me interesa la versión del controlador, también quería ver que VEGAS fuera capaz de encontrarla y que no hay otras GPU instaladas en este sistema.

Como solución alternativa, ¿se apaga la GPU en preferencias/ayuda de video? Desactive la aceleración de GPU del procesamiento de vídeo.

Si funciona, hay un error y presentaría una solicitud de soporte volviendo a la parte superior aquí y haciendo clic en "soporte".
