When the Video Capture starts (Video Capture XPress 3.0), I get this error message:
"Warning: An error occurred during the current operation. The application does not support this file type."

When I click on the "Details >>" button, this is what it says: "File JDS-Y7JZOF-B2D46E could not be opened."

What does this mean? How can I correct it?
