Vegas 4d. While working on a multitrack audio project, I'll sometimes get an error (VEGAS ERROR OV80044EOCI) which is unidentified, but it makes the file unplayable. If I save the project after receiving the error message, in hopes of just rebooting and trying again, the problem is part of the saved project and simply comes up again.
