Error - message not found

I get this message (paraphrased) just before VV30 is supposed to show me the manual camera control countdown screen during print to tape from timeline.

Why am I getting this message.

I'm going to try a frest install and see if that helps.

BTW, I'm running WinXP on a 900 mhz Athlon.

Thanks for any replies. Hopefully, VV30 will correct itself before you have a chance to answer me.

Well, I deleted the original installation using the WinXP delete utility, reinstalled, no joy.

More info on the message: "an error has occurred 0x8007001f (message missing).

Hope someone can help. I've work to do.
