Did you Google it? That's what you should first do with something like this. If you do, you'll get these results:

WindowsFormsParkingWindow

I did a quick scan and it looks like it might be caused by an unneeded component in your printer driver, something you can easily disable using MSCONFIG. Scan the Google results and I think you'll find your answer.

I don't think it has anything whatsoever to do with Vegas, which is why Sony didn't respond.

I still think SP-2 and .net 2.0 have issues with older software. My Epson software raises hell with SP1 &2 and Nero 6 with SP2. I use some ancient HP Deskan 2.8 scanning software without any problem in SP-2. Some of it involves the lower right taskbar which looses icons when these programs glitch.

I can give you some pretty nasty specific problems with HP printer drives that I have tracked down and resolved in the past. One actually interferes with DV capture. Another problem, which I fixed on a "client's" computer ten days ago, caused crashing when certain programs are open, but the printer wasn't connected. The problem with printer drivers is that Windows will query the driver for things like available fonts, and what things it can and cannot do (e.g., can the printer print white text against a black background -- some cannot). These limitations then get reflected in the application (or at least they should). If the printer driver glitches, the application can sometimes be thrown in a tizzy (technical term).
