Error on Rendering

I set up a movie dvd (main menu/deleted scenes/trailers), rendered it, burned it perfectly---Then I went back in and added audio to the first 2 menus (same video), and I swapped out one jpeg for a different one for the 3rd menu.

Now when I try to render it (create dvd) it get 99% done, then I get an error message..

"dvdarch20.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

then it offers me the option of sending the error report to Microsoft.

This exact same scenerio has happened 4 times now, with shut downs and restarts inbetween. Why am I doing the exact same thing I did before and now getting an error message?

If you back out your changes do you still encounter a problem?

Not exactly, but after getting enough bad attempts, I started a new project and simply recreated everything exactly as it was in the "bad" version. It seems to have worked.

I guess this one will remain a mystery, but the end result I want (the finished movie) worked and that's all I care about.
