Error: preparing disk in DVDAStudio 5.0

My 1st blu-ray project with Scene selection menu looks and plays in preview nicely, but while preparing disk I encounter the error:
File name: STREAM/00000.m2ts
Status: TSWrapper.dll::CTSWrapper::ProcThreadMain::Video buffer underflows. -

What am I doing wrong?

Is your video directly from a camcorder?

What happens if you bring the video into Vegas MovieStudio first and then output it as a BluRay-ready video file for DVD Architect?

The video has been processed in VMS 10 Platinum.
In the meantime I found out several threads in this and other forums describing the underflow error as a typical Sony Vegas bug. However, it was supposed to be removed in newer versions of Pro products. It looks that it is not true about Movie Studio programs, including the newest ones - I am using a trial version of MS HD 10 Platinum Production Suite which otherwise I liked and was about to order.
