Error Using BM design intensity pro 4k card with vegas pro 16

Am getting the following error while trying to use blackmagic design intensity pro 4k card to capture video.

The device 'Blackmagic WDM Capture' could not be opened. Please make sure that it is turned on and is not being used by another application.

I was able to use default app(media express) that came with card to preview and capture video.

software -

Vegas Pro Suite 16

Blackmagic design intensity pro 4k PCIe card with latest driver (2020)

Vegas Pro Suite 16

Blackmagic design intensity pro 4k PCIe card with latest driver (2020)

System - HP Thinkstation C20 with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5606 @ 2.13GHz 2.13 GHz
16 GB RAM. Windows 10 and Quadro FX 380 graphics card.

I tried reinstalling 3 times but got the same error. Thank you for the help!

Maybe your processor (made 10 years ago) is too week to handle it?
