Error when preparing a BluRay

Status: mscorlib.dll::ThreadHelper::ThreadStart_Context::IO Error --- No such file or director

Any ideas? I'm wondering if it's because I'm preparing a Bluray with video files that don't have a corresponding Audio file?

Dunno. As an experiment you could try creating a blank wav file of the video length and tell DVDA to use that.
