How about bit rate multiplied by duration? The file size is totally dependant on bit-rate and length of clip. Don't forget to include the audio.

The WMV templates are usually kbps or mbps. Lets say you have a 15 minute video that you rendered at 512Kbps. 15*60 = 900 seconds * 512Kbps = 460800Kb or roughly 461Mb / 8 = 58 MB - which windows would actually show as somewhat smaller since it uses base 2 for counting rather than base 10 as was used here.

Actually, I'm assuming that the encoding bitrate is base 10 - it may not be; in addition, none of this takes into account any protocol overhead that may exist, but it should get you into the ballpark for file size estimates. I'm also assuming my math is correct, and as it's early in the day, that may not be the case, but I'm sure someone will correct any errors I may have made.
