What do you mean by "console"? If you mean the Fx parameter window, most are fixed depending on the manufacturer's default size and your PCs overall resolution and DPI. Some plug-ins are large and some are small, very few offer a size adjustment. Offhand, about the only audio Fx publisher I can think of that allows user scaling of the fx parameter widow are the MeldaProduction plug-ins. Magx's Dynamic EQ' plug-in window can be resized as well.

Is there any way to change the size of the audio event fx console?

I'm just curious. For what reason? Even on my 13" laptop, the FX listed in the audio FX window are quite clear (with my glasses on). No problems of course on my desktop's 32" monitor.
