Event/Pan Crop

When I go to the Event/Pan Crop of an image, place my mouse at the center of the image, I can only move it left and right, not up and down. I'm trying to zoom in on an image. What is the problem? Thanks.

On the left side of that window there is an icon with a left & right arrow. Click on it to make it a left,right, up, down arrow. Click on it again to make it an up & down arrow.

Normally you want it in all directions, only changing it for specific situations.

Thank you! I was getting ready to call support. I have used pan/zoom extensively in other projects and today it wouldn't move.

SPENT 2 HOURS LOOKING FOR THIS ANSWER. Read all the help, which is normally pretty good. To Sony I would suggest they add something under Event pan/Crop that this button is a three position toggle.

Dang.
