Event Resize Bug???

Since Version 6 of Vegas Its a pain to edit drums!
If I edit the grouped Drumtracks after 300-400 cuts it needs a long time to resize events!
In former Versions there where no problems, you can cut your tracks 1000-2000 times without this bug.
I checked this out on different machines, and had the problems too...
I use Vegas because its the best Programm to edit drums and vocals - it has the best workflow for me! - But with this bug its nearly unusable for me...

What exactly do you mean by Event Resize?

Right now I have a project with about 1400 Events (video and grouped audio - dv) all put into the timeline. It works fine in Vegas 6 both on my notebook as well as on my desktop PC.

if you cut an event and and overlap the edges ( Crossfade! ) you have this problem after 300- 400 cuts...
I have a lot of cuts because I cut & Crossfade a recorded Drumset ( 10 grouped Tracks ) nearly 300-400 times in a 3 min. Song!
I did`nt found the problem in former Vegas versions!
