EventFX Window missing???

When I used to do chroma keys a window would pop up where i could set all the values for the plug in. Now, anytime I chose an FX, it puts the options in the lower left corner of screen where the Mediapool and transitions tabs are at.
How do i get it back to being a pop up window?

Click on the vertical bar to the left of the event fx window and drag it back to the middle of the screen.
