In VMS how do I attach my marker with the clip,,, and how do I move all my markers and clips to the right..I only know how to insert a marker.... but it doesn't stick to the clip when I move it ...Thanks

Markers are attached to the timeline, not to the clips.

One of the options for Ripple editing is "All tracks and markers". With this enabled all markers past the current cursor position move when you add or delete time at the cursor.
