I want to change this events sequence :

To this one :
A1A2A3A4 B1B2B3B4B5B6B7B8 C1C2C3C4C5C6C7C8 D1D2D3D4D5

There is a way to change at the same time the ‘B’ event’s lenght and the ‘C’ and ‘D’ events position ?
