I am using excalibur 2. I have upgraded from version1 but have not yet made use of the new scripts. I normally use it for multicamera videos and the fade in/out abilities.

It is stable. It is well supported, and the price is great for the features it offers.

I use it. Everything it does can be done manually. It is basically a time saving tool. And, time is money. I recommend it (and Tsunami).
