I saw this also a while ago.
Sometimes it helped to undock the explorer, uncheck View/Window/Explorer, restart and check again.

Tried to close/reset or move around the monitors... but Explorer window is still emerging empty :(

Seems to be VP14 bug that is persisting in some configurations.

Any ideas, Magix?

Can you "pull" out the pane on the left? Also, do you see anything if you click the "double down arrows" or the "move up one level" icon.

Clutching at straws... Maybe you're in an area of C drive that your user account doesn't have access to. Some things to try in this post perhaps.

The problem is that before 211 build version reopening Explorer window helped, after -doesnt.

There is the sample of actual state. Later I'll try to pass all the steps You recomended above.
