export audio to match MPEG2

i already rendered my video, but need to re-render my audio and replace it in architect. whats the best way to do this?

Render your audio only to the format you want, then in Architect change the track media for audio. to the new audio track.

AC-3 and PCM (aka WAV) are your only choices.

If the timeline is identical, any audio will sync up. The length of the audio doesn't change based on compression or bitrate.

Now if you changed the timeline (length or starting point), then it won't sync.
