Export Frame as JPEG

Is it possible to export a frame as a JPEG? A friend that uses Final Cut Pro has that feature to get a still shoot. Perhaps there is some other solution in VF?

You gotta Graphics package? Do the copy thing and then paste it into that - save as JPG!

Sorry Yachts! YOU CAN save as JPG within VF - to a folder. Then you could email that still JPG to your friend . . .

Thanks for the reply. However,I don't see that step. When I try to save a Project it will only allow a .VF not a JPEG. I must be missing something?

I tried that using Photoshop, but it won't paste. Any other ideas?

Go to the frame you want. Right-click the preview window and select the "Display At Project Size" menu item. Next, click the disk icon in the upper right corner of the preview area. This will allow you to "Save Timeline Snapshot To File".

Me BAD! I thought you were already at the "Snapshot" side of things. When I read your "VF" save, I then realised you were talking about saving under "File" - yeah? - Now try the Copy>Paste into Photoshop thing - neat quick options here.
