Export Regions

I was hoping Export Regions would be a new feature in Vegas4 similar to how it exists in SoundForge. Can scripting allow for such a feat though?

And where is this scripting ability? I checked out the V4Beta but I didn't see it. Is it a standalone tool ala BatchConverter and VidCap?

It's under the Tools dropdown menu. You'll see Run Script... you can download sample scripts from the same place you downloaded the beta.

If you take a look at the sample scripts that you can download from
our web site, you will find one named BatchRender.js. This script can
be modified to render the regions of a project in one (or more)
formats.
