Export to YouTube

I have Movie Studio 15 and I wanted to know how do I Export a Video for YouTube? I do not need it to be HD but I did not know if there is a Format in the list for YouTube.

It is better you upload a file to YT yourself.
Therefore choose

1. Render as.....
2. Choose an internet template ( best is with mp4 extension) that suites you and your projectsettings
3. Upload by hand to your preferenced site.
