Every video I export in Movie Studio 16.0 Platinum comes out with these ugly inbetween frames throughout. It's very noticeable when pausing in this video.

The source video is perfectly smooth and has zero inbetween frames, at 60 FPS. The Movie Studio export is at the same resolution, Magix AVC MP4, 59.940 FPS, because for some reason there's no clean 60 option. This has been plaguing my videos for ages and I really need a final solution for smooth, unaltered video output.
