File (or Project, whichever your version shows) / Render As. Choose Microsoft .WAV as the output type.

Chienworks - how do I choose individual audio clips? Do I just click on the clip and render it and then do the same for each audio clip I need?

If you double-click on a clip it will become highlighted and that section of the timeline will be selected. When you render, check the box that says "render loop region only" and just that clip will be rendered.
