I need to render some 720p HD from Vegas in a file format that can be edited or burned to tape on other NLE's like FCP and Avid.

What's the best file I can send out to these people without having to worry whether they'll have compatability issues.

Oh - The final video will be for SD broadcast and web delivery, but it would be good to keep it in HD until then.
