Exporting Vegas 14 audio only project to LOGIC PRO 10

I'm trying to export 12 audio-only projects from Vegas 14 to Logic Pro 10 that someone else made.

I've searched the web and this forum and have only found answers recommending Trackalizer that don't apply to Vegas 14 or project rendering questions that are more complex than mine. I find the audio render and/or export related options very confusing in Vegas 14 and have tried many different things and failed.

I resorted to exporting one test project to Protools aaf which worked, but then I hit another convoluted roadblock in Protools to get to Logic. That two step process seems ridiculous and I'd like to just go from Vegas to Logic.

Please tell me in a newbie way how to do this.

- There are 10-20 tracks per project, many tracks are stereo and many individual tracks are edits incorporating different audio files.

I find it very odd that no matter what bpm the project was in, it opens up in default 120 and plays fine anyway. Does the bpm need to be corrected before any export?

Again, please assume I don't know anything about Vegas, and let me know if I can answer any questions.

I'm using a Hackintosh with Vegas Pro 14 and Windows 10 on one side and Mac/Yosemite on the other.

MUCH appreciation, thank you.

Perhaps EDL import is supported in Logic. It's basically the last, simplest thing to fall back on if dedicated exchange formats fail. However I think it's more for video than audio exchange. In Vegas it's under File > Expoprt > EDL text file.

Update: mybad. Turns out the one test project saved as aaf that I tried to open in Logic using 'import aaf' appeared to show 24 blank 'audio tracks', but in fact the files in the tracks had loaded correctly - I didn't see them because the engineer who made the project STARTED THE PROJECT AT MEASURE 50 so I thought nothing was there and didn't think to look further at first.

Thank you for the edl suggestion, I haven't tried it yet after discovering this but not really sure yet I won't need it.
