External burners and image rendering

Hi there.

Just a simple (and hopefully not too dumb) question about CDArch... does it support external CD-DVD duplication towers that can be connected via either Firewire or USB 2.0?

Also, does anyone know if SONY is going to implement new rendering formats (namely ISO, DDP, and other types compatible with most burnig softwares like Nero?)

Thanks and happy new year to all!

CDA burns to one device. You make your production master CD, then read it into you duplicator device or application (in my case Padus DiscJuggler).

Yes, direct saving to an ISO image would be great, and has been a request of mine for YEARS. Would save a set of write and read errors in getting CDs duplicated !
