External Monitor Overlap

When I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (computer 1) and Windows 11 (computer 2)--- Vegas 12 external monitor overlapped on both monitors. Vegas 14 did not and was fine. Is there a file in Vegas 14 that I can transfer to Vegas 12?
