Extract Video and Audio from DVDs I've created?

How can I extract the Video and Audio from a DVD so that I can re-use it?

I'm *NOT* talking about copy-protected disks - these are ones I created myself several months ago and I want to re-use some of the footage in VV4 and I haven't got any other form of backup (Doh!)

I had to do this awhile ago too... I forget the exact method, but I used a couple tools:
