Fading audio without crossing clips

Beelzebob wrote on 6/13/2004, 8:43 PM
I want to fade the audio on two adjacent clips. but not cross them or use a transition on the video. The program will let me do it if I separate the clips, but when I bring them back together, my audio fade goes away. Any ideas? Thanks all, for continued help.

How are you doing the original fade? If you're using a volume envelope it should be ok.

Ian,

I was dragging it. I set points and it worked fine. Thanks.
