My attempts to capture video using a Decklink HD Plus card to Vegas 60c fail each time with the warning message "failed to start capture". The Decklink driver version is the Vegas certified 4.8.1, my Panasonic AJ-D950AP deck is properly configured. I have full deck control through RS 422. All capture preferences are correctly set as far as I can determine. I contacted Blackmagic Design and was told that Decklink driver version 4.8.1 is the correct version to use with the current 60c version of Vegas. I upgraded to Vegas 60c and still have the failure to capture warning. Any assistance from anyone on the forum would be appreciated.
