Is this certain plug-in listed by its manufacturer to be supported by Vegas Pro 15?

Do I understand you correctly.  Vegas stopped working/opening after you installed the plugin?

If you uninstall the plugin will Vegas  work correctly again?  The plugin is aimed at resolve and may just 'interfere' with Vegas

Please, what should I do?

I would raise hell with whomever makes that plug-in. An OFX plug-in may limit itself to working with a specific editor but it absolutely must not interfere with other editors (or any other software).

I understand, but what is the solution? I want to have the plugin installed, but Vegas crashes when I open it.

The solution is for the manufacturer of the plug-in to fix the plug-in.
