Folks--
I've got some footage shot from a moving car; stuff goes by really fast. I want to slow it down with a velocity envelope. If you look at each frame, there's a lot of overlap from the interlaced fields. Is it best to use motion blur on this type of footage, or it is better to de-interlace it (I'm thinking, in After Effects) which will give me half the resolution, but probably sharper than using motion blur.
