Fast moving product feature video template?

Does anyone know of any kind of resource for veg file templates? I need to create a fast moving product feature video with photos transitioning in and out with arrows and captions pointing to features. Does anything like that exist for Vegas, or I need to create from scratch?

Is this for one product .. one video ? Or do you need a template for multiple products that basically follow the same format?
