Feature idea: Post-edit UNripple

How many times have you forgotten to turn your auto-ripple off before making a careful edit, meaning you have to undo the edit, turn off the auto-ripple, and redo the edit?

Any more votes for a post-edit UNripple?

Sure,

I have seen this requested several times since Vegas 3.0 along with "unsplit".

Cannot one achieve the same thing with Undo?

..............Cannot one achieve the same thing with Undo?

My all time favorite button , works for me.

No because that also undoes the edit that you've just carefully made. I want to leave the edit in place and undo only the rippling that automatically took place after I made it. It would be the exact opposite of the "post-edit ripple" command.

Guess i should read the post , you are talking autoripple not post edit ripple , with post edit ripple undo works fine. Auto ripple is NEVER EVER turned on for me, heartache waiting to happen
