Hello,

Please, i would like to you make at least 3 improvements into the "pan/crop | effects" window. Easy to implement, i think.

1) Zoom under the mouse cursor, where it points, instead of center of frame. Add a button to toggle this function, in case of some one prefer the old (current) method.

2) Hold down the Spacebar key to override Arrow cursor by the Hand cursor, to allow us moving sheet even we are into the "frame/circle" selection. Exactly like Photoshop does it.

3) Adding the mousewheel support to scroll the effects chain (like Firefox with out-of-screen tabs), in addition to the left and right arrows.

Really helpful to improve productivity, and less frustrating, especially with docked and/or small size window.
