I took 2 videos (MP4) with my GoPro HD yesterday with same settings. One is recognized fine by my Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0b (build 92). The other is not recognized. In Vegas, when I click on the file name, no information about it is displayed and I can't drag it to the timeline. There was nothing that seemed abnormal when taking the video. Same problem happened last time I took video with the GoPro. One was OK, the other was not.
The file not recognized by Vegas plays fine in QuickTime, Windows Media Player, loads and plays fine in Pinnacle Studio 14. However, it does crash Cineform Neoscene with message "HDLink.exe has stopped working."
Particulars on MP4 video that is OK: 1280x720x32, 29.9780 fps progressive, 00:32:33.852, AVC. Audio: 48,000 Hz, Stereo, 00:32:33.852, AAC.
Any thoughts?
