File too big to Make Movie??

In conjunction to my last post, the camera I am using is a Sony HDV Mini DV (tape). I am using Vegas Movie Studio HD Platimum. NOt sure what else you need to know but this is VERY frustrating! I was hoping to send the DVD of this band to them yesterday!
